Running Coaching, Injury Prevention, and Rehabilitation
Farmington Valley Physical Therapy is a health care facility which specializes high quality physical therapy rehabilitation, injury prevention, runner education, and wellness care services. We have combined our therapists' knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathology with the experience and expertise of our Running Coaches to develop an innovative and comprehensive set of services that will benefit runners of all levels. As an FVPT Running Program client you will consult with our team of running coaches, physical therapists, and massage therapists.

Everyone is invited to read our list of online running articles, links, and compilation of research articles from peer-reviewed medical journals (the gold standard of medicine). For additional running advice, visit Coach Aaron Groen's FVPT Running blog where you can ask questions and read Coach Groen's product reviews, sample training schedules, articles, and opinions.
