and small group yoga instruction, in the studio or at your home, to deepen
your practice. Private sessions are also beneficial those with injuries
and other special needs. Attention is paid to proper alignment, breath and
to developing a practice that you can do on your own. Private classes make great gifts and are also fun for bridal showers or
birthday parties. Or have your company bring your office staff in for a
